2017 Gatorade Player of the Year for Kentucky (Boys Soccer) Posted On: Friday, June 8, 2018

Jansen Wilson, a member of the EHS Boys Soccer Team, has been named 2017 Gatorade Player of the Year in Kentucky for Boys Soccer.  What a tremendous honor and award.  Jansen not only excels on the soccer field, but also in the classroom.  Congratualtions from the EIS family and community.

District Highlights

The EIS District is rated Distinguished (and Progressing) and ranked in the top ninth percentile of all Kentucky school districts on the 2014 KY Assessment.

Elizabethtown High School is also rated Distinguished and outscored 90% of all Kentucky high schools on the 2014 KY Assessment.

Especially significant are the Elizabethtown High School Social Studies scores which are ranked third out of over 200 high schools in the state!

T K Stone Middle School and Morningside Elementary School are rated Proficient, and Helmwood Heights Elementary School missed the Proficiency category by two percentage points.
