APPLICATIONS:

Certified Positions: Please submit electronic applications for Teaching Positions (teachers, substitute teachers) and Instructional Support Positions (counselors, media specialists,etc.) through the REAP (Regional Education Applicant and Placement) program at www.kyreap.net.  Only applications submitted through the REAP program will be considered as of September 23, 2009. (Those applicants with forms on file prior to this date will remain active for three years from the date of the application’s submission to the district. You will not need to complete another application until the current one has expired.)

Instructional Assistants: Please submit an electronic application through the REAP (Regional Education Applicant and Placement) program at www.kyreap.net. The positions will be listed as 'teacher aide' under Instructional Support Positions; minimum requirements are (a) 48 college credit hours or (b) successful achievement on the Kentucky Paraeducator Exam. Applicants failing to meet these requirements will not be considered for employment. Applicants needing to take the exam should contact the Adult Education Center at 270-769-8866. Study Guides for the exam are available from the center, and it is highly recommended that these are reviewed prior to taking the test. Dates and times for the administration of tests are scheduled by the center's staff. (Those applicants with forms on file prior to September 23, 2009, will remain active for three years from the date of the application's submission to the district. Although you will not need to complete another application until the current one has expired, you must meet the same requirements as those noted above.)

Custodial, Nutrition Services, Transportation, Athletic and Extra-Curricular Activity applicants: Please complete the application form located on this site: download the form, complete it, and send it to the address on the front page of the application. Please be certain to follow all the directions and to secure the three references as requested.
